How long does the tuning process take?
For bench tuning, we typically process and ship your DME back within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Handheld programmer orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Will a DME Tune void my vehicle's manufacturer warranty?
While our tunes are designed to operate within safe parameters, any aftermarket modification can potentially affect your warranty. We recommend consulting with your local dealer or reverting to stock settings before service if using a handheld device.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and offer financing options through Affirm for qualifying customers.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our tuning hardware and provide remote tuning services to customers worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and selected courier.
What is your return policy on software and hardware?
Due to the custom nature of software files, digital tunes are non-refundable once installed or downloaded. Hardware may be returned within 30 days if it is unopened and in its original packaging, subject to a restocking fee.
What octane fuel should I use with your tunes?
Our tunes are specifically calibrated for the fuel grade you select during checkout. For maximum performance and engine safety, we typically recommend using 91 or 93 octane premium unleaded fuel.
