Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  Ship the Item

  Send the package back to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and documented delivery.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
